AQUA Intelligence - solutions in the hotel industry
All of us travel and use the services of hotels. In this area, the main problem is the provision of incomplete and inaccurate data to the consumer about products and services. This is largely due to technological inhibition as a result of outdated software solutions built without data mining. The project, about which I want to tell today, offers a number of solutions in this direction.
Platform AQUA Intel develops the first integrated solution for the hotel industry, using the technology of artificial intelligence and blockchain. Thanks to a number of innovations, the project will help companies increase their revenue through personalized offers for their customers, increase operational efficiency and use machine learning for effective marketing. As for the clients of this sphere, for them AQUA will provide an opportunity to verify their data and optimize their benefits in terms of loyalty through participation in the platform's ecosystem.
Intel AQUA consists of three components:
AQUA Mobile Consumers earn tokens by providing input, checking existing data and participating in various events such as surveys and viewing / reviews of hotels. They can also use AQUA to manage their loyalty points between providers and the organization of travel and dinner. Using artificial intelligence, consumers can receive real-time answers to all travel-related questions through an interactive interface. They can also share experiences and develop relationships with other members.
AQUA Intel Profiles will be created based on consumer resources from AQUA Mobile and other sources. Loyalty programs and travel arrangements will be facilitated. Artificial Intelligence will provide answers, analytical and practical suggestions for consumers and suppliers. And also be able to generate product data to meet the specific needs of suppliers.
AQUA RMS (Revenue Management Services) Using consumer profiles created at Intel and other sources, AQUA helps suppliers deliver personalized product and service offerings with targeted handling. The platform will also help sellers optimize their loyalty programs through AQX conversion.
Ultimately, the platform will offer a number of innovations and amenities for all parties, such as:

In conclusion, I would say that the AQUA Intel project team has many years of experience in the hospitality industry, and they are developing in their innovative PMS (Property Management Service) platform, which has significantly improved the efficiency of the hotel. This is an already realized product in a large hotel chain.
