Crypt-ON is a P2P platform built on blockchain technology to ensure safe and reliable cryptocurrency trading. Crypt-ON is designed for various users - from lovers of cryptography to beginners and freelancers, investors and blockchain project managers. This is the place where people meet, make deals, get loans for their projects, exchange digital assets for money and find jobs or players for their work using cryptocurrency for payments.
The P2P Crypt-ON platform will become a global workspace for the entire crypto industry. Intelligent contractual transactions that can be adjusted, for example, for a crypto exchange with the closest buyers / sellers found using geolocation, P2P loans and incomplete crypto work sharing, each branch interacts with the others in accordance with a mature, thoughtful plan developed ensuring maximum comfort and safety.
VISION:
The digital asset market, as well as the technologies that produce it, is still very young. Many consider their appearance an important event for the global economy, which is capable of changing the rules of the game and creating a new economic paradigm.
Despite the growing awareness of people about cryptocurrency, their practical application is not growing very fast. As mentioned above, this is caused by a number of problems, such as problems of trust and market constraints, as well as the lack of solutions that unite various activities in the crypto industry.
TGE:
Token Generation Event (TGE) - the release and sale of Token i-Point digital products (IPT) to raise funds for the development and promotion of the Crypt-ON platform. This will continue from 10/01/2018 to 01/21/2019 or until Hardcap, if it is reached before 01/21/2019.
The i-Point token is actually a prepaid service for using the Crypt-ON platform and an internal payment tool. IPT will be used in payments for Crypt-ON support services at the end of secure trading; looking for work / specialists; in search of loans; in exchange of cryptocurrency with Fiat between users / participants of the platform. During TGE, 200 million i-Point tokens will be released.
20,000,000 i-Point tokens (10% of the total) will be distributed among the members of the Crypt-ON project team without the right to sell within six months. 20,000,000 i-Point tokens (10% of the total) form a transaction insurance fund.
6,000,000 i-Point tokens (3% of the total) will be distributed among campaign participants for a reward. 154 million tokens will be sold during the TGE. 4 Additional emissions of I-Point tokens in TGE (including all rounds) are not provided.
Objectives and orders TGE:
Softcap - $ 4,000,000
The minimum cryptocurrency volume equivalent to the US dollar
must be collected at the time of the sale of tokens.
Hardcap - $ 16,000,000 The
maximum amount of cryptocurrency equivalent to the US dollar
must be collected during the sale of tokens. When Hardcap is
reached, TGE will automatically stop.
In the case of Softcup, it will not be reached in 3 rounds, a
cryptocurrency where IPT tokens purchased will be returned
to TGE participants, with the exception of transaction fees.

In case of a successful TGE cryptocurrency received in return, the
IPT marker will be distributed as follows:
